Webinar: Question time 101

On 12 June 2020 we ran a webinar about Question Time with expert guests the Speaker and the Clerk of the House of Representatives. 

The webinar was presented by the Parliamentary Engagement Team with expert guests the Speaker and Clerk of the House of Representatives. 

Question Time is one of the highlights of watching a parliamentary debate. Usually, set out as the first item on the agenda when the House is sitting. 12 oral questions are allocated each sitting day and distributed proportionally amongst parties. It is a chance for Parliament to hold the Government to account.
